Held in the heart of Cedar City’s Downtown District, IG Winery serves as host to the course designed to be both educational and satisfying. Each class highlights a different locally-owned and operated restaurant, bakery, and other southern Utah dining destination while exploring the diversity, talent and cultural heritage of the culinary artists themselves.
Southern Utah Chef was created in 2013 as a community television cooking show broadcast on TDS in St. George, Utah. Today, it is known as the region’s favorite demo culinary entertainment education experience rotating chefs from Kanab, Springdale, St. George and Cedar City, Utah.
